Job Description

As pool staff, you are an important part of our team and are responsible for creating a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for our visitors. Your main tasks include:

• Pool supervision and safety: Monitor pools and bathing areas to prevent accidents and intervene when necessary. Ensure that applicable order and safety regulations are followed.
• Service and customer interaction: Provide our guests with a professional and friendly reception, answer questions, and contribute to a positive experience.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the pool facilities and equipment to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• First aid and lifeguarding: Be prepared to act in emergency situations and be able to perform CPR and lifeguarding when needed.
• Activities and swimming school: Participate in or lead activities, swimming schools, and other events that promote movement and water familiarity.

Qualifications

• Swimming instructor training: You must have a swimming instructor qualification.
• Pool lifeguard training: Water training instructor qualification.
